To secure a reservation we require a 50% deposit payable by cheque or bank transfer. The balance of your stay is required 60 days before arrival. A full refund (less 10% admin fee) is available for written cancelation received 60 days prior to arrival. After 60 days deposit becomes non-refundable in event of cancellation.
